Charlie King turned away from managing a string of bikini bars to begin his own parking lot sweeping business for reasons no one can understand. It started with just one truck and slowly built into a strong little family business. As time passed, he realized that to really maintain a property it was best to take on as many services as possible. Now, 30 years later King of all Trades has become a reputable family owned business whose reliability comes in the strength of its integrity.
